YeahECO® strand woven bamboo floor is made of bamboo strips by a special process of thermal modification (at 392F/200C) and high pressure, which provides the floor with impressive hardness and stability.

Limited Warranty:

-A 25 year structural integrity warranty

-A 5 year finish and wear warranty

These warranties, which begin from the purchase date, apply to products used in dry residential applications

Warranty Coverage:

Finish and wear warranty- we warrant that its finish surface will not peel off or wear though for the indicated period from the date of purchase.

Structural integrity warranty-we warrant that these solid bamboo products in their original manufactured conditions are free from defect in material and workmanship  including assembly dimension and grading.

These warranties DO NOT Cover the damages or defects resulting from or in any way attributed to:

²  Improper storage of handling or installation of the products

²  Excessive to inadequate humidity in the area. Relative humidity in the area of use should be within a normal range of 45%-55%

²  Abuse. lack of maintenance, neglect, abnormal use or misuse, negligence, corrosive chemicals and other unintended uses.

²  Failure due to structural changes in the sub-floor, the setting of building or uneven sub-floor that has been adequately leveled.

²  Variations in color, makings, pattern, fading or darkening that naturally occurring or develop over time.

²  Damage caused during shipping is the responsibility of the shipping company.

²  Dents or scratches

²  Changes in color due to full or partial exposure to sunlight and weather.

²  Separations between boards caused by expansion and contract during seasonal and temperature changes.

²  Installation or use of flooring with visible defects.

 

 The production processes of Strand woven bamboo floor

²  Harvesting: Harvest bamboo culms

²  Cutting: cut culms into desired length

²  Splitting: split the cut culms into strips with width roughly equal.

²  Shredding: This shredding process breaks down the bamboo strips into strands, which are then cleaned and dried.

²  Boiling or carbonizing: The bamboo strands are boiled or steamed in oven with high pressure to remove the sugar and starch, kill any insect eggs, prevent from mold, get bamboo strand carbonized in need.

²  Drying: Dry to bamboo strand moisture content below 10%.

²  Soaking glue: Drop into the glue pool to get all bamboo strand soak glue properly.

²  Compressing: put glued bamboo strand into compressing machine. The compressing machine is with a pressure of 2800 tons and a pressure of 0.19Mpa/cm2, which ensures get density above 1150kg/m3. Under intense pressure, these strands are compressed tightly. To hot compressing method, compressing and heating are done in the same time to get strand bamboo boards. To cold compressing method, compressing first and then do curing in a kiln to harden the adhesive to get strand bamboo blocks.  

²  Trim off the rough edges, slice the block or cut the board to get desired bamboo floor raw blanks.

²  Then milling for tongue-groove or click-lock, sanding, coating finish, quality check, packing and delivery.
